Protect your business with our FREE on-line credit search and evaluation. This service is free to you as our client on every one of your customers – whether you factor them or not. Understand your credit risk and never lose payment again! Simply provide your customers basic information and the expected volume of credit you expect to grant to them and find out if your customer is credit-worthy. Every inquiry is confidential, and does not record a credit inquiry. If your customer is already in our database, you’ll find out their credit rating immediately, otherwise we will research and report back to you.

For an extra fee, we offer same day funding. Our standard funding program usually funds in less than 24 hours of receipt of invoice verification, but with our Fast-Pay program, you can obtain cash within hours – within the same day. To qualify for Fast Pay, invoices must be in our offices by 10:00 a.m. PST to receive same day funding.

Capital Partners seamlessly handles collection from your customers, so you don’t have to. We routinely call on invoices when due and continue to follow-up on any outstanding receivables until the invoice is paid. Broken commitments and slow payments are warning flags and Capital Partners wants to look out for your business. So, if your customer shows any signs of cash flow slowness, we notify you immediately, so that you do not continue increasing your exposure to them.

Capital Partners provides you with pre-addressed shipping labels so you can send your invoices to us as often as you want. Simply fill out your return address and place it on a FedEx envelope and drop it at a FedEx collection site. You do not need a FedEx account to use this service.

 

Your package delivers the next day by 9:00 a.m. Monday-Friday. The FedEx delivery fee is deducted that day from your funding account.

Provided that your invoice copies are readable and your customers will accept faxed copies, Capital Partners will fund your invoices from faxes. Just another way Capital Partners expedites payment.
